·        To communicate with you

·        To supply information you request

6. Our Lawful Bases for Processing

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR include:

·        Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — to deliver training and coaching effectively

·        Contract (Article 6(1)(b)) — where services are provided directly to you

·        Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — for recordings or optional marketing

·        Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) — where required by law

We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your rights or freedoms. We rely primarily on explicit consent to process health, dietary or disability information. Where such information is provided indirectly by your employer (e.g., to support reasonable adjustments), our lawful basis may instead be:

·        Employment related requirements (Schedule 1, DPA 2018 – health and safety / equality of opportunity), or

·        Substantial public interest where appropriate.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice. We review retention regularly. Data no longer required is securely deleted.
